Duplicate Multiple Objects in a Package

Let me share one good feature of ODI11g.


We can duplicate more than one step in a package at a time.


Consider the following package having six steps.


I am going to duplicate 3steps at a time.

Select the required 3 steps using mouse or ctrl key.
In this case i selected the steps GetTheFileName,PopTrgWithThisFileName and checkForMoreFiles.

Then go to the icon task bar tab and click on the icon 'duplicate step'


Then it will duplicate the selected steps.

In this way we can duplicate any number of steps in a package easily and quickly.
